NAMI Peer-to-Peer Course
NAMI Peer-to-Peer is a free, 8-week recovery education course open to anyone experiencing a mental health challenge who is ready to lead a more self-directed life. The course is designed to encourage growth, healing and further recovery among participants through setting personal goals. NAMI Rhode Island will be holding the 2021 Winter Peer to Peer Recovery Education Course on Zoom:
Tuesdays from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm
Winter 2021 Dates: January 12, 19, 26; February 2, 9, 16, 23; March 2

NAMI Family-to-Family Course
NAMI Family-to-Family is a free, 8-session educational program for family, significant others and friends of people with mental health conditions. It is a designated evidenced-based program, which means that research shows that the program significantly improves the coping and problem-solving abilities of the people closest to a person with a mental health condition. NAMI Family-to-Family is taught by NAMI-trained family members who have been there, and includes presentations, discussions and interactive exercises.
