NAMI Peer-to-Peer Course
NAMI Peer-to-Peer is a free, 8-week recovery education course open to anyone experiencing a mental health challenge who is ready to lead a more self-directed life. The course is designed to encourage growth, healing and further recovery among participants through setting personal goals. NAMI Peer-to-Peer (Registration open)
NAMI Rhode Island will be holding the 2021 Winter Peer to Peer Recovery Education Course on Zoom:
Tuesdays from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm
Winter 2021 Dates: January 12, 19, 26; February 2, 9, 16, 23; March 2

NAMI Family-to-Family Course
NAMI Family-to-Family is a free, 8-session educational program for family, significant others and friends of people with mental health conditions. It is a designated evidenced-based program, which means that research shows that the program significantly improves the coping and problem-solving abilities of the people closest to a person with a mental health condition. NAMI Family-to-Family is taught by NAMI-trained family members who have been there, and includes presentations, discussions and interactive exercises.
